Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable Goods

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds

Certain situations allow only partial refunds:

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Refund Exclusions

We do not accept refund/resend in these cases:

  • The customer chooses the wrong size or wrong item
  • The package was missing due to the wrong shipping address provided
  • Customer does not like the item material
  • Customers change the order/shipping address after the product has been processed and shipped
  • Customer returns the product without notifying our customer service team
  • Customer refuses to receive the product in any cases

Order Issues

  • Out of Stock: The item(s) you purchased are no longer available when we go to ship your order.
  • Order Verification: We are unable to verify your billing/payment information.
  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel orders by emailing us within 6 hours from the time you complete ordering and payment. Orders cannot be canceled or changed once they are in processing status.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–7 days depending on your bank or payment gateway.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@syctee.com.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded; sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, contact us at support@syctee.com and send your item to:

Important Information

  • Customized items are final sale and cannot be canceled, returned, changed, or refunded after the order has been placed.
  • Product sizing may vary 1–2 inches; consider ordering a larger size if layering.
  • Color may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting; this is not eligible for returns.
  • Minor differences in style details are for illustrative purposes only.
  • We only accept returns for flaws in size, color, or style.

Gifts

If the item was a gift, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable service or shipping insurance for items over $75.
